1. Scope of Services
DigitalAdva provides website development, e-commerce, mobile app, AI automation, Google Business/local SEO, SEO, and digital ads services in line with the proposal/contract agreed with each client.
2. Payment Process
Payment is made in stages according to project milestones agreed at the start of the engagement.
3. Revisions & Scope Changes
The number of revisions and how scope changes (outside the initial agreement) are handled are governed by each project's proposal/contract document.
4. Intellectual Property
Rights to the final deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
